The China shipments offer to you the best way to save money making your purchases direct-from-factory with all the guarantees.

Registered airmail Shipping: All orders in will be shipped with Tracking No Reg Airmail,when your order has been dispatched, you will get a tracking number to track your package online. For US and UK can take 10 to 20 working days. South Africa (excluding overseas territories), takes between 15 and 28 working days. For France, Italy, Germany and the rest of Europe will take between 15 to 20 working days. Thailand or Malaysia for 7 to 20 working days.

Express Shipping: Express includes DHL China, DHL Hongkong,EMS singapore,
DHL Express—Delivery time is around 4-6 work days
EMS / Fedex—Delivery time is around 8-15 work days

Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, express Shipping times may be extended to 20-35 days for destinations in Latin America and South America.

The tracking number and corresponding tracking site will be sent to your registered email account at UMIDIGI after order shipped.

Preparation time:: We prepare, process and ship 90% of our orders within 24/48 hours.

For countries not mentioned above may take 15 to 35 working days. is not responsible for customs expenses or taxes in your country.

Note: The shipping information and tracking code is managed by the agency and excludes weekends and holidays. The delivery may be delayed because of high season, holidays, bad weather, flight delays and others may be normal delays of 7 to 10 days in some cases.

All shipments include tracking code and signed delivery.

Before to buy

 1. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

For security reasons UMIDIGI can only send the goods to the customers PayPal address. For people who wish to receive the product in a different direction, please confirm via a message on the PayPal platform. The addresses sent via email or contact form are not valid. For T/T Payments we can delivery the goods to the address as you want, also you can request the change of the shipping address after you place your order in our Suport system with the email associated to your account.

 2. How to works the customs taxes?
In UMIDIGI our products have NOT included any international tax like customs taxes. For airmail shipments customs officials inspect packets at random. UMIDIGI can not guarantee that your order will be inspected and required to pay VAT by tariff authorities. UMIDIGI is NOT responsible for the package if the client rejects the receipt, it will be destroyed at your local tariff center.

 3. How long it takes to process the order in
Small orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, large orders and / or spare parts or parts may take a little more time for preparation.

4. How I can know the real stock status?
UMIDIGI does not have all items in stock. After receiving your order, a qualified person of UMIDIGI categorizes and submit the orders to be processed at our warehouse. Orders are usually processed in about 3 business days. Email once your order has been shipped.

After to buy

1. Can I cancel my order?
(A): If your order has not been shipped, please contact us for your return including the ID of the order placed which to cancel.
(B): If your product has already been shipped we can not cancel your order.
